i think i live in my head so much that when something happens (like a death or something) i go into reality and just panic and like its makes me feel like there’s no such thing as being content with life.
          
          strangely enough, the only way to fix it is to trap myself in my room and just binge movies, tv shows, or youtube videos until it goes away (usually a week or so)
