@alwaysurgwenstacy okay hi, Hello. I have been reading the book for a while and I have an idea; so we have established that Mariam is now teaching Faizal right? I think you should first take it slow, like just springing marriage on them will be a bit weird but if you really want to, when he asks her, mere saath ghoomne chalogi, let him take her to the bazaar where he stands as she gushes over salwars and ends up looking at one but leaves it because of the price tag, he buys it for her right then and then, also gets her some jhumkas/bangles (your call) and then invites her to the eid thing (the cannon one) and then like that, he sees her enjoying and goes "Well, shit, i like her." And while all this is going on, takes her to his room to give her her eidi and then it's like, something of his late mother and she gets emotional and happy and he then blurts out "Mujhse shaadi kar lo." And then you can take it (though I really wanted them to first date and the confession to happen but okay)
