Just as I thought, there's no way to save it. I worked so hard on it, and I hate my iPad, Word, story, everything right now. Every single sight I went on says it's possible to recover it, but you need a Mac to do it. I don't have one, and my parents definitely won't let me use theirs. They, my whole family, is saying that it's my fault, and I know that, believe me. I just want help in recovering it, it means the world to me. My family is in the other room talking about guests, and I'm crying as I type this up because that story was the best thing I ever wrote and it's gone and no one cares. 2016 is off to a great start for me-- something I worked my a$$ off for is lost. Please let there be some miracle and let it be recovered. I literally never wanted anything as much as I wanted this. Please...

If it helps you could write down the key points in the plot, stuff you remember and just try fill in in the blanks, you don't  have to do re-write it right away just get it down so you can write it when ever.

So do I, but if I don't, I'm not sure I'll rewrite it... Because I don't I can-- that was the best thing I ever wrote and I'm not sure I can remake it... :'(

I was on Word writing a story about the states, more specifically New York. It was finished, 12 pages that took me so, so long to complete. Then, my little sisters were playing with my iPad, and exited out of it WITHOUT SAVING. Now, it's all gone, and I'm literally about to explode, in tears most likely, because there's no way I can recover it... It took me so long, and I put my soul into it. The worst thing is, I don't think I can rewrite it--I can't even remember the New York's human name..! I don't remember what happened in it, but I do know it's gone and I literally started crying when I saw that. It was the best thing I ever wrote, and the longest, and almost perfect... Now it's gone..
