I wasn't aware you went to the library so not sure how it could be me. Also, why would that tip you off that it's me?

@hazza4lyfe they said so I see you went to the library today. No one else would know that besides you. Also the person who is anonymous doesn't have to reveal themselves to be caught. You didn't have to. 

I'm not sure what they did so I wouldn't know. But whatever they did it couldn't be that bad. And it actually could be anyone. There is no way to have proof of who the person is unless they reveal their identity.

We'll figure it out because it's not right to blame someone for something they didn't do. Isn't the website anonymous? It could literally be anyone.
