Chapter 15
I was so relieved that Hiro's family are fine with me giving birth to the baby.
The only problem was my dad. He still haven't said "Yes" to me giving birth.
He said I was too young to raise a child. And I admit yes I am. But I have Hiro, so I guess it'll be alot easier.
I know Hiro would be a good dad. He's a caring and kind person. and I know he wont let anything happen to me and our baby.
He dyed his hair dark brown that it looked like black. It gave him a father-like look.
We decided to have a formal talk with my dad and try to convince him that I should have my baby.
"I promise I'll take care of Mika and our baby" He said to my dad. He didn't look nervous, but I know that he was.
"Hmmm... Hiro... I hope you understand that it's too sudden..."My dad said back.
But Hiro didn't listen to my dad. He was very persistant.
"Please sir. I will not leave until I get a full Yes from you sir"Hiro said.
"Hmmm... and how would you raise the child?"my dad asked.
Me and my mom and my brother were just silent, listening to their conversation.
"I will quit school sir, and get a job"Hiro said confidently.
There was a long silence
"Hmmm... If my daughter comes running to me crying, you know what will happen"My dad said.
All my worries disappeared suddenly and a full smile suddenly appeared on my face.
Hiro sighed, relieved.
"Thank you sir! I promise to take care of Mika and the baby!"Hiro said excitedly, shaking my dad's hand.
