It was on a New Year's Day, when the thought of writing a sequel for CAYS popped into my mind. It was also requested by some people that bothered reading the novel at the first place. And being all alone in New Year's Day was fine, if you had something to do.
I was jamming to Cradle Of Filth covering the song "Stay", and all I could think about the line "Stay With Me". So thanks to Cradle Of Filth, I got my title of the novel.
