@wohnderwall if this teared you up, idk how would you have felt with my initial plan. I was going to sit down and write a proper response when I finished the story. But you commented first, so I just wrote whatever came to my mind

oh my God, that's the nicest thing anyone has ever said about my work. I teared up really, thank you so much. You have no idea how much this means to me.
            
            Also regarding representation, I'm a muslim myself and because of the lack of representation in literature, I felt the need to represent not only myself, but other minorities as well. I'm so glad that how you interpreted it and that you understood what I was going for.

            Enjoyed might be not the suitable word here though. 
            
            The first few lines were enough to get me hooked, and the rest as they say is history
            
            I never thought that I would come across someone here on WP whose writing could be equivalent, or even surpass some professional writers.
            
            Not only your characters are non-cliche and diverse, but how everyone has a different story to tell is something alot of books lack. Representation is present but it's just not for the sake of having a 'diverse cast of characters'. Nor it's their whole reason of existence in this world. It's a part of them and maybe that's what makes this book so familiar and close to heart. All the characters have something to offer to the story, and that's another plus point. 
            
             And a HUGE thank you for how you portrayed Muslims here. You didn't compromise their faith anyway. They know how to live in this world, while still holding onto their values. And you portrayed them so subtly. It's not in our faces.. THEY CANT BE IN A ROMANTIC RELATIONSHIP NON-MUSLIMS. MUSLIM TEEN SURVIVES ONLY ON FRIES CAUSE MEAT IS HARAM.
            
            So ya,. I hope that got the message across though
            
            But one more thing I would say about your cast of characters, that you Know them.. inside and out. Their emotions, their wants, needs.. are humane and relatable. And you convey it to the reader so fluidly and efficiently that's it's hard not to feel for them, and maybe find a little bit of ourselves in them too.
            
            The pace of the story is just perfect. You balance everything out perfectly and the topics you deal with, it's safe to say that you have 'done your research' and it's just not for the sake 'lets use this for some likes'
            
            In a nutshell, you've won me over..
