when roles come out would you guys like to have a ‘cool down’ time for 10-15 minutes after they’re posted to be able to read the roles to ensure more people can get their preferred role? this means no one would be able to reserve a role until 10-15 minutes after they’re posted. this way you’re also less likely to be late, and not able to get a role.
