@aIIuring,         isn’t he,,, supposed to be scary? terror—inducing? anyway, right now islwyn seemed to be neither of those. he lets out a soft grumble in lieu of a proper response. he’d been patrolling as always, given the late hour,, only to run into calliope. he can’t bring himself to make his identity evident, and so he settles for allowing her to continue petting to her liking.

the pinkette cooed while happily petting the fur of islwyn's,  unaware that the other could shift from this form.  using her wings,  she flew upwards to be at proper level with the other's head before beginning to pet under his chin,  letting out an endeared chuckle at seeing his tail wagging due to her ministrations〝  what are you doing out here in such a scary place like the forest?  it's dangerous for you to be here ＂

〝  were you out here to do your patrols?  i'm gald we managed to run into each other! ＂ the brunette beamed as he hugged the large dog before nuzzling him affectionately〝  hopefully work hasn't been too stressful for you lately ＂
