It's been three years since I posted a message here. I don't use Wattpad much anymore, and I've been consumed with a WIP that I won't be posting here, so if anyone was waiting for updates from V.S. - yeah, that's not happening any time soon. Check out my other work if you want to read the depressing poetry I've been writing lately (like half of the other work is stuff from other books by other authors, check out the chapter list to find my original work). Writing poetry it cathartic for me, so expect more of it when I'm in a shitty frame of mind. To anyone who knows me personally and recognises the people I'm talking about in the poetry - maybe message me sometime? It'd be nice to hear from you. And don't get pissy at me about how my poetry doesn't rhyme or follow traditional poetic conventions - as one of my teachers once said, anything can be poetry so long as the author says its poetry. And I say it is.

Chapter 7.9 of V.S. is now out. Also, I'm just about to rearrange the chapter numbers so it may be a bit chaotic for the next couple of minutes while I do that. On a kinda related note, did you know that in the process of rewriting V.S, I have added so many more chapters that I have only reached the original chapter 4 in the rewrite?! That's crazy! And awesome! If you're up to date with what is going on in V.S. at the moment, just know that a lot of the remaining main characters are going to be introduced in the next couple of chapters (hopefully!) so long as I don't add too much extra stuff. And while I'm at it, I should probably mention that this rewrite is just the first rewrite, so there are still mistakes and things that I will want to change in the final version. I just want to get the first rewrite of the WHOLE BOOK done rather than working on perfecting each chapter as I go because then you would really never get a full version of the story. :)

Chapter 7.8 read through complete. It's actually not at terrible as I had feared. With that done, onto the next chapter. I'm on a roll here!

So...to anyone who has read chapter 7.8 of V.S. that I posted last night...sorry if it sucks. I was tired, and tipsy, and annoyed at one of my housemates for having a loud party in the living room whilst I was writing. So I just pounded out some words to distract myself from the noise whilst drinking at the same time. Hence, it potentially isn't up to standard. However, I will be going back through it shortly and re-reading it in the light of day, and will be fixing any horrid mistakes and possibly adding to the chapter, because it was a short one. Who knows?! I guess you'll just have to wait and see...

Two chapters in one day?! I'm a fucking queen right now. And yes the chapters are fucked but at least its all sort of in order.

Apparently, the email account which had accumulated over 1,375 emails hadn't been checked since September last year. Oops.

Guess who didn't check one of their email accounts for months? Me! Guess who has over 1,375 emails to now sift through? Me! 
          
          And I thought the backlog of over 800 emails was bad enough on my other email account after I didn't check it for a year...

Vivien and the Scoria is slowly making progress. The chapters have just been shuffled a bit to allow for two new chapters to be slotted in between the old chapters 5 and 6. Go check out up to and including chapter 7 to read through all the new stuff! Also go check out the last chapter of the book, which is an authors note that I have been adding to for more updates on the story.

So I was inspired to edit the next chapter of Vivien and the Scoria. If you're reading/have read the story, go check it out. It's an improvement to the last one. As it is, I'm going through the chapters I have written for VS so far and an rewriting them. This means that there's a new version of the prologue, chapter 1, chapter 2, and chapter 2.5 (which happened because I split chapter 2 in half). Hopefully, I can get the rest of the story edited sometime this year, but don't count on it. 
          
          On a completely different note, I broke a board in Taekwondo yesterday! It wasn't a full sized board, but still. It was SO MUCH FUN!!! :)

As promised, the newest edit of Vivien and the Scoria has just been published. It's only the right chapter that's been edited so far, but you guys deserve to see a better copy of a story that's been on hold for what feels like ages...
