@ChyannaSparks I'm no expert so I can only give you this advice. How I look at it is you have your main focus, in my fic it's the relationship between Copia and Y/n, and you fill in the details. In my case I'm lucky to have lore to go off of to help fill in some things but it works with original stuff as well. The trick is to not to loose the main focus. Everything, in some way, revolves around the main focus even if minimally. Also, don't be afraid to do something different if you think its boring or its not working how you like it. Hope this helps
