This chapter was truly heartbreaking to read. The pain of Meera was written in such a raw way that it made me feel every ounce of her helplessness. The forced marriage, the cruelty she faced, and the betrayal of trust from those around her including her own family-in-law hit so deeply. What made it even more shattering was how, instead of being supported, she was cursed, blamed, and further broken down. The way her brother-in-law’s behavior was shown just added to the suffocating injustice. It’s a chapter that makes the reader’s heart ache for her, but also admire the way you’ve portrayed such harsh realities without sugarcoating them. Truly, painfully beautiful writing. I really cried while reading it but yet atleast someone is taking this topic which still exists in some societies still
Well done author ❤️
