so i know this isnt required or anything, but if there are brief mentions of someone self-harming then please put a warning. if the author chooses to put in scenes about self-harm, PLEASE PUT A WARNING.
i just read a fanfiction and there were no warnings of self-harm. although it was a story about depression, i simply assumed it would just be mentions of self-harm. but no, there was a scene and i'm sensitive to scenes like that and started crying.
i know it isn't required, but out of common courtesy and respect of your readers. PLEASE put warnings on your story. i think that just needed to be said. I'm not calling out anyone or any specific story, this is just something that came to my attention
