Is anyone else getting a message from Charles from R-novels, asking to publish your stories on their app? Is it legitimate?

Ah, thanks for clarifying that. I got another message from them about a month ago and then their account disappeared. This time the Charles dude was under the username ‘Isabella’ so yeah, very phony.

@anameiguess   I've gotten two such messages from them so far under slightly different names, and I expect will get more as they create new accounts as Wattpad deletes them. They seem to be like Dreame or Ficfun or Stary or any of those sites. Such contracts tend to be bad for the writer, and R-Novel knows they're not supposed to poach people from Wattpad since it's against the TOS.  Legit publishers don't go looking for writers; writers go looking for them.
            
            Sure would be nice if someone would come along and make all our dreams come true, but nope, nope, nope. I've muted and reported them, and I think you're right to be suspicious of them!  ʕʘ.ʘʔ

Does anyone know how I can preserve the italics and bold fonts when I copy and paste my writing from Wattpad to another document?

@anameiguess That does not work unfortunately (Wattpad is very simplistic from a tech perspective, so as far as I know their system that does not allow this)
