          	i told my younger brother today that i will do exercise with him from tomorrow so he'll wake me up with him. told him that period cramps were the reason i was not able to do them for the last few days.
          	
          	he said, 'oh, so you know when the periods come and go or is it random?'
          	
          	i told him that most girls do know, but mine are bothersome, they come and go according to their free will.
          	
          	he replied, 'achha, toh tell me the next time when you get periods, i'll not tease you or irritate you. can't have you lashing out on me.'

i have started a few new hobbies these days. online games and reading are a few of them. And as much as i love it, i feel guilty about doing them. 
          
          It's like that feeling that i am doing what i love, but at the back of my mind, my subconscious is poking me about not doing the important work. Not doing things that should have my 100% focus. 
          
          And then I make my mind to do that, but somehow i never actually do that.
          And the guilt remains..
