When I see couples exchanging tokens, chronicling their time together, I feel...sad for them. Because, what if it doesn't end up in a good way? And, when you see these trinkets you've stored up, you'd end up crying because of what the both of you have gone through, only to end up falling apart. When you end up hurt, you even throw these trinkets away or, you give it back to your significant other. What's the point to giving trinkets in the first place?
Well, maybe if both of you are THE one for each other, you won't have to throw those things at all. Still, what about those who fail? I really just don't get it.
Or maybe I'm just a bitter girl.
