Still no help yet,I've almost died willingly twice.I just got out of the ER,so life's going great.Again please any advice help.

I.......ummm haven't been the best recently,I'm going in a rehab to help.I shake every night,and day I beg a non existent "God" to help me it still hasn't came. I've put more scars,and blood on myself,only my arms I counted  145,and my legs 360 but I have more on my back,shoulders,and everywhere. I am doubting god,so if anyone knows they can help please,please help me.

I haven't checked in a while so................Have you eaten,drunk,slept,told yourself positive motives,and finally be happy with yourself,and life?If not I will find you shove food,water,and a sleeping pill down your throat,and I will cuddle you telling you how important,loved,beautiful,smart,amazing,special,and perfect you are unil you believe it.
          
          So follow these rules,and live knowing none of the punishments happen,or don't and face my wrath.
