@angel19102003 XD Hey, I totally get it! I even had to ask for some help in finding how to maneuver around on Wattpad. 

In order to dedicate to someone, you have to be on a computer. On the online screen there is a heart button that says dedicate. Click on it, and choose whom you want to dedicate it to and type in their user name. Its pretty easy.
