@angelicpeaach Hi,
If you're feeling like you have anxiety and / or ADHD, that's really serious. Even if you don't actually have them, feeling that you might is a very clear sign your mental health isn't in the best place right now. I feel like a common misconception everyone has is that you need some kind of diagnosis to take care of your mental health, but that's just not true. Please take care of yourself and take any breaks, hiatuses, whatever you need, because it's important and it's urgent and you really do deserve better than living in burn out. Take your time and make the required changes, and please don't apologize for taking it easier on yourself with updates. As a writer [and an individual with anxiety but that doesn't have to apply here] I can completely understand, when your emotional state maybe isn't in the best place you can either write some of the best shit you've ever written or you just can't bring yourself to open your documents. It wasn't cringey, it was honest, and I promise that every time someone talks about how they're feeling honestly, that sets a better example and encourages more of that and that's why I'd say that you should do it more. I guess my point is that this post was completely valid, but it feels like you're invalidating your own self and I take issue with that. I'm also sorry if this message sounded cold, I am unusually slipping into a very formal tone for it for no reason that I can flesh out. Sending love!
