          	“Sources say that there was an explosion here at the MGM Grand Casino. No one knows who the perpetrator is or why. Police is currently investigating surveillance. Thankfully, there are no reports of death but several are critically injured…” the reporter’s serious tone was drowned out by the outraged explosion of disbelief in the living room
          	
          	 
          	
          	Corbin watched through narrowed eyes as the TV changed into a blue screen with running white letters as she read the statement released from MGM’s PR department. “‘Our prayers go out to all who have been impacted by today’s events.  The safety of our patrons and employees are important to us. We are determined to do everything in our power to bring the perpetrator to justice.’ End quote. A truly disturbing day for everyone in Detroit—” the reporter was then questioned by the male anchor with a series of questions.

Uh-oh... I got some serious problems... somebody's going to hate me for the twists I got planned. Just you wait. *snickers* Just what am I planning? Not gonna tell. I will, however, say that this long hiatus of mine has gotten my wheels greased and develop some aspects of my story to make more sense. I might give a sneak peek soon.

Hello peeps! I am still kicking! This holiday season has been exasperating! I am sorry for waiting a month before updating everyone on the status on my 8th chapter! I am so SORRY! Please accept my apology. This part-time job isn't what it's cut out to be. (It's a love/hate relationship but what job isn't?) So, I have made some progress on the chapter. Give me a few more days. :)

I am now brainstorming on Chapter 08 of Conjurer of Spirits. Whoopee! Thank you all for the votes! The Comments! The Shares! And most importantly, for reading my book! It makes me stronger each day seeing them! All I ever wanted was to know that something I write is worth reading. :)

I am halfway through writing Chapter 07 of Conjurer of Spirits! Yeah! *Fist pump the air. 
          Show me some love by reading Chapter 06 if you haven't already. Not sure where this 
          is going? It's getting to the meatier chapters now so answers are coming.
