          the humor in this story. muah. chefs kiss. it is SO FUNNY i wanna roll giggle cackle and this story tickles me in the right spot. gotta love scotty and kiki and lizzie and everyone. muah muah muah
          
          honestly ive been yapping but selcouth is so good. TOO good. the trope written so well, no overly or underly smutty, and the side characters are all too good (i stan callum pls). im gonna be rereading this story for the rest of my life and thanks to you and this book, my life is FULFILLED. i will so check out your other books and for writing this book, you deserve the biggest hugs, biggest kisses, and a damien stone in your life.

          next is the storyline. DAMN. where do i start?? this story was a rollercoaster, id be lying if it wasnt. enemies to lovers is my favourite trope only when its perfected, and this is PERFECTED. i tell you that. it is so good, the reason why they consider themselved enemies to start off. why kiki hated stone, i was a bit confused at first but dang, was i blown away.  then the realisation that they are making each other happy, (especially kiki stop being so blind babes), and then boom the chemistry and the “youre the only one i want” was gut wrenchingly, foot kickingly, stomach flutteringly OUTSTANDING. gosh i love you sm author. contrary to the comments, i loved the fall out part. it made kiki and stone realise how much they needed each other, i loved the scene where kiki tells stone the golden boy story and when stone hugged kiki and this story as a whole. AND OH YES. the new years scene. oh my days will i never see such a perfect scene in a book ever again. HONESTLY i love you author so much you have no idea.

          i recently read ‘selcouth’, and damn, do you have talent. it IS ur most popular work and i will most definitely read into the rest of the books because wow, this book is life-changing ‼️‼️
          
          alright heres my great great appreciation for you, and your even greater masterpiece. so if you’re just a fellow reader scrolling through this lovely author’s profile and you havent read selcouth, heres a big SPOILER ALERT!! for u 
          
          
          okay first thing i LOVE about the book. the characters. they werent at all 2D, and they each had a depth to their personality, the way they act etc., with reasons behind, which gives rise to the amazing chemistry between the characters in this book and WOW. to get to know the characters while reading this book is a blessing. one thing i absolutely adore the author for is the family background of kiki and stone, absolutely SO THOUGHT THROUGH and such a smash of a read  absolutely loved the characters and the thought put into them (who can resist stone?) and i love you author for that.
