Hi, I'm a multi fandom writer who started writing mainly destiel fanfics on Valentine's Day 2015. I'm also on AO3 and tumblr as Angrysouffle. 

My pen name is a reference to the Dr Who episode The Asylum of the Daleks.  In which this character (Clara Oswald) was locked away inside a killer robot and all she could do was make imaginary soufflés over and over again.  And it made me angry when she sacrificed herself for the doctor (didn't realise she was to become a major character later). That's kind of writing for me.  I'm making bad soufflés but at least there's human sentiment behind them.
