I couldn't send you direct answer so I'll answer here to you. I don't know if you saw from others comments but Nora is Albert's daughter. Chelsea found her from the diner in book 2 and Nora had two children with her. We can be also wrong of whom Nora is but we assume she's the one Chelsea found from the diner. I hope this helped you :)
