Cassandra's POV
I felt a thud. I opened my eyes, gradually. Inferno slept beside me, his tongue lulling out.
I heard another thud; the only thing worse was that it seemed to echo in my head. I got up and decided to see what it was, I slunk around a few pine trees until I'd come to the source of the thudding. It was Aslan.
I was more delighted to see him then anyone. I gave a large smile, and he gazed back at me. "You must go back to Narnia." he said solemnly.
I frowned, that's the only thing I wished he wouldn't have said. "But I have new friends and...."
He interrupted, "Those are not you friends, because they are not who they say they are. They're traitors to Narnia."
"How can you say that?" I gaped, remembering the brilliant times I'd shared with them.
"Because they tried to murder me after the last battle, they wanted to have my wisdom and strength. So Caspian and Rilian had them executed immediately, But they escaped." he explained.
I felt my heart implode, Aslan,who would try and kill Aslan?
Then I mumbled, "What about Inferno?"
Aslan seemed to smirk a little bit, "His name is Blaze, and he has always been loyal to Narnia."
"Then why is he with them?"
"Because he is a mere animal, led and trained to their master. But for the past week he has seen you as his master. He will make a good companion for you in the end if you choose to save him."
I liked the answer but was still troubled, "How do I escape? Drong will definitely hear Infer...Blaze moving around."
"I will help you."

My heart was beating fast as I slithered around the three sleeping figures. Blaze was crouched a little ways away. Aslan walked beside me, each time I glanced at him, reassurance filled my heart.
