That's all I got. I didn't actually intend to write this much smh, I hope you don't mind. I love you story so far, and I'll continue to read it whether or not you add any changes!

And then what about the guy Harper was caught with? What did she actually do with him? Does she have feelings for that guy or is he just a friend? (My one storyline rec is that you incorporate him later on in the story again as a second love interest, or someone that gets Noah jealous  I love the jealous and possessive scenes in smut )  
            
            But for now, if it were up to me, I would explore more backstory like I mentioned above. Then, I would showcase each of their internal struggle with the fact that they want someone they're not supposed to in a bit more detail. 
            
            Let it play out across some more scenes before they actually do the deed  and then go for it full steam ahead. 
            
            

Your chapters are very grounded in the present tense, which is great, but from a reader's perspective learning about Harper and Noah's world for the first time, there's things we dont know that are important because they tie us to characters emotionally and we end up understanding why they are the way they are or why they do the things they do. 
            
            Like just an example, but what makes Alex and Noah popular in the first place? I know they're football jocks based off the cover but nothing is mentioned in the first few chapters. 
            
            When did Noah and Alex become friends, like exactly. What makes their bond special and why would Noah not want to sabotage it by pursuing Harper? Why is Harper attracted to Noah? Is it just his looks or was their a certain moment in the past things changed for and she started to view him differently? Also, where are their parents lol? How is Noah just walking through their house without his friend in the middle of the night? He's not even worried about getting caught.
