So, I applied for section leader in May band, along with two other people. One was the past section leader and the other was a freshman. I literally got over looked and he didn't interview me but he did the others. What makes them more qualified than me? Was it their grades? Cuz I have a    10.37 on a 11 point scale. So, dobie Carroll please explain this to me.

Guys are so clueless ladies. You literally have to spell it out for them.
