I've asked several people to check out my writing because I've found that if I sit around and wait for readers, my story will be skipped over or won't be seen at all. I've started reaching out to readers as well as other authors on wattpad. 
            If that makes you unsure of my motives, I can understand because many people are simply looking for votes and ratings, but I assure you, I'm genuinely looking for feedback and interaction with authors and readers (:
