— I’m not in the fanfic fandom anymore, but one thing I will say is writing a canon gay character as straight is actually insane. And very demeaning to a community that already lacks major representation in film…
@Nyra_writesxr Hi!! Yes I’m doing great, I hope you are too! I had such an amazing Christmas, and I’m super excited for new years :) And sadly, yes, they’ll all be permanently down simply because if they remained up then they would all remain unfinished—which seems unfair to me for my readers. I just lost interest in fanfics a while ago, and continued to try and write and make new stories to feel inspired again but it new quite worked so I made the hard decision to leave the community. But I’m now writing my own original series! You should check it out <33

— hello everyone. Some people may have suspected this since the past few months I’ve drafted and undrafted multiple stories. Seemingly as if I’m unhappy with them, which if I’m being total honest I was.
And because of this I have made the difficult decision to permanently draft my fanfics. I say this with a heavy heart, but I’ve simply lost the interest in fanfiction that I used to have—and would like to start writing my own originals.
There are a few I’ve been working on for a few years now, that I’m very excited to start writing and publishing. Now for the next few months you probably won’t see much from me, as I will be working on the world building and writing of these stories I want to bring to life. But my Pinterest messages are always open for questions!
Again, I’m sorry to my readers, and those who have grown to love my fanfics and characters. I just know that I don’t have the desire to finish their stories, and if I forced myself to do it I feel like it would be rushed and sloppy. Which I am a firm believer in if it’s not my best then it shouldn’t be put out there for others.

you're so real for that. but i think that there's less pressure when it comes to working on drafted books so that makes them easier to work on

( happily writing a series of harry potter a/u fanfic stories that will mostly be short and sweet where voldemort never existed so everyone is just living normal lives )
