She tells the mother that she wants to help her daughter build her self confidence up and slso being her Mommy will get her to feel better about herself by getting her to not worry or care what others think because she has to do what her mommy asks/tells her to do or be punished.
The mother thinks this is a good idea and will help support them and will even be a maid and also join in.
