I suffer from diabetes. This l8nk shows everything my management at home depot never did for me in the three years I was working for them. 3 laws were broken today when the fired me. Discrimination, Disability and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Here is the link with all the info for anyone working with the home depot or anyone working where management is not following the laws. Home depots management never made the right accommodations for someone like me who had two disabilities. I felt extremely hurt and angry when my manager Keyanna Evano told me about my termination/firing. Home depot management only cares about their policies then they do their employees well being. I strongly recommend that anyone looking to get a job at the home depot not to and find somewhere else to work. All my management career for was their policies were being followed on the straight and narrow.

Now that I'm a lot more relaxed since I had gone to hit golf balls at my local driving range. I will be taking the time to go over my options about taking home depot to court and making the news and media aware of the injustice I had suffered today Tuesday, July 30th, 2024. I hope this will open the CEO TED DECKER'S eyes to how they treat their employees with disabilities and health conditions. This is my first step on getting my injustice out in the open. You all have permission from me to spred the word around about this injustice done by the company the home depot. My true name is Annilee Ilkiw and I'm ending this post with this final word.
