Thought I'd share something I'm working on:
"Smoke flooded the Bridge of Progress, almost as thick as the irony of that name. The orange glow of fire was the only light. Embers and ash filled the air, making one afraid to breathe. The blast of gunshots interrupting the soothing crackle of the fire. Bodies littered the bridge, some Enforcers, most Zaunites… if that name even existed anymore."
