@indig0jesse It happens — writers often leave traces of things they haven’t fully named yet. Sometimes noticing them comes later, or through someone else’s eyes. That quiet undercurrent is usually what gives a story its weight, even when it isn’t intentional.

I do tend to notice things, but people usually recognize most easily what they’ve lived through themselves. Once you’ve seen how life does what it does, picking up on those patterns in others — or in their writing — isn’t especially difficult.

As for the series idea, I tend to keep unfinished work to myself. I’ve learned some stories are better protected until they know exactly what they want to be.

@anonymous4u2alt Since you’re multitasking, I’ll leave you to it for now. Just stay away from shady producers this time lmao

@anonymous4u2alt That’s wild about your screenplay, sorry that happened. I can’t imagine how frustrating it must’ve been to see your work mishandled like that. Makes sense why you’re protective now.

And yeah, I guess that bittersweet tone does sneak into my writing sometimes. I don’t always notice it until someone points it out. Maybe it’s just me trying to make sense of things I couldn’t control... because life has been, well, life.

You’ve got a sharp eye, though. If you ever feel like sharing more about that drama series idea, I’d be curious to hear what it was about.

@anonymous4u2alt I really appreciate you circling back with this message, it’s a lot moreeee thoughtful, and I can see the care behind it. I’m always working to deepen my characters and keep the momentum strong, so your feedback’s noted.

And hey, thanks for the birthday wish! ❤️

As for my favorite story… I’ll let you read my newest one and decide if I’ve leveled up. ;)

@indig0jesse You know I took the time to make an alt account and write those things because I genuinely care about your work, right? You write with a lot of confidence, and it really shows in how naturally your prose flows and how engaging your story ideas are—especially the openings, which pull the reader in almost immediately.

What sometimes happens, though, is that after that strong start, the story doesn’t always keep the same depth and momentum. As it goes on, it can feel like most of the attention went into the beginning, while the rest—particularly the characters—could use more background and inner life to really stay with the reader.

I hope you know I wasn’t being harsh just for the sake of it. I said all of that because it honestly feels like a shame for this much talent to go to waste, and I really believe that with a bit more patience and development, your work could become something even stronger.

Also, happy belated birthday! I hope you had a great one. By the way, out of all your stories, which one do you personally like the most, and why?
