I have finally finished writing Citrine's games, and honestly they went in a direction I wasn't expecting when I first started writing her story.

Guys ages ago I saw a tt ab a fanfic and I can't find it but I rly wanna read it
          It was Finnick's sister and the tt was like oh she was singing the song from hocus pocus (the one that lures the kids in) then she kinda like fishes for them and kills them and thats how she wins her games
          So pls if anyone has seen the tt or knows what fanfic I'm talking ab pls let me knoww
          I wanna say the sisters name is like odessa or smth but pls don't quote me on that xx
