I have been a porn addict for over 20 years now. It used to mean spending $100s a week buying videos and then dvds from the back room at the video store, but then soon progressed into downloading porn off the internet, and then when redtube and youporn came onto the scene I was done for. I've always been too ashamed to seek help so now it's usually me spending about 4 - 6 hours a day watching porn online, and yet, even with all that, I still think all that porn has done less damage to my brain than trying to read that fucking comment.
