During the first part of my career worked in technical (research & product development), business development and management positions for IBM, CA, Sun Microsystems, Singalab (an IBM and National Computer Board JV) and Oracle. Since 2000, have been a technopreneur, mentor, advisor & adjunct professor.

Current technology and research focus includes Cloud Computing, Big Data and AI as well as entrepreneurship.

In academia as Adjunct Professor, Faculty of Information Systems, Bina Nusantara University (since October 2011); Visiting Professor/Researcher at the Institute for Research in Applicable Computing (IRAC), University of Bedfordshire, UK (March 2013 to February 2015) and Adjunct Professor at Birla Institute of Technology & Science , Dept of Management, Pilani - Dubai Campus, (October 2013 to October 2015) ;
