Did I seriously get banned from Roblox for only saying says you when someone called me stupid?

How do people fall asleep?
          
          I've been awake since 12 (a little 15min nap in between), and now it's about to be 2.
          
          I have to be up at 6 because I'm planning to make cookies and it's too hot to do it anymore other time.
          
          What do I do?
          
          I've tried taking melatonin gummies but they don't work. If I take one, I sleep for 1 or 2hrs; taking 2 will make me sleep for 30mins (idk how that works?), and taking 3 will most likely make me sleep forever.

          I've had zero motivation because of the heat where I'm from and since I just graduated, I have to do stuff in order to attend college. I'm also on the verge of collapsing from this heat (I don't know why but I feel so sleepy.)
