think i finally found an ai fic on ao3 for the first time ever except i don't actually know for sure because the large audience it's gained don't seem all too concerned even though it pretty much has all the blatant signs of using ai... can we just go back to writing our own fics again pretty please i miss it

@FeedMeFryes it really is SO obvious and soulless!! which is why i was so unsure because there's at least 50-80 comments every chapter gassing the fic up and not at all suspecting it's ai written. but i went to the profile and looked at some of the writer's older works (pre ai influx) and their style has gone from something similar to my own to completely empty words and too many. so much is being written but nothing is actually being said ?? word count is at LEAST 200k with 2 parts left and the fic was posted just over a month ago for something that only released recently ☠️
          	  
          	  AND it's a sequel? idk i get some people are fast writers but that doesn't seem entirely possible in that time frame. it's really unfortunate because the fic had such a good premise too </3
          	  
          	  i don't usually like criticising fic writers and fics in general but it's really upsetting to see so many resort to this sorta thing just for clicks. how can u say ur a fan of something if u won't even put in the work to show ur passion for it ??

I remember seeing a few examples of AI writing and the entire thing just feels so soulless… it’s weird it’s like yes it’s got all the right words etc but the beats of the sentences all follow the same pattern, the dialogue is all the same. Honestly you can see it from a mile off. Where’s the joy in writing if you’re getting AI to do it all for you?

@Sirenalagirl53 it's such a tragic thing to see human expression fade because 'artists' would rather steal another person's efforts rather than make the effort themselves :/

just a little heads up but the lack of chapter updates should be obvious enough, i've marked all my fics as discontinued! sorry to anybody who read them and may have been awaiting updates but i'm not really in the fandoms they are from anymore and my motivation for writing has gone towards other things now. 
          
          the only exception is selfless because i will always live and breathe transformers (seriously it has consumed my life since i was 6 when i first laid eyes on bayverse optimus prime) but even that hasn't been touched in almost a year so i really do not know.
          
          this isn't me ditching wattpad btw. i still very much use the app for reading/writing but most of the writing will likely stay in the clusterfuck which is my drafts. unless i somehow miraculously finish this starscream fic i've been cooking for a whileee, just depends on when that day comes :')
          
          so yeah, sorry to leave things incomplete but if anybody has any questions regarding the fics just leave a comment on the fic in question or send a message over on discord (user is igyimz) and i'll answer whatever. thank u to everyone who has ever read anything i posted over these last 10 years, ur support means the world and i am forever grateful for it all <333

happy holidays everyone :) mine has not really been the best since we woke up today and found one of my guinea pigs had passed in the night but we're trying to make the most of it regardless! hopefully ur all having a nice holiday/end to the year urselves <3

@sleepywaddledee genuinely the most high-spirited little guy i've ever known. even on his last few days he was cheerful and as bright as the day i got him 
            
            but thank u, this is one of the nicest, sweetest things anyone has ever said to me. it has definitely brought me comfort so i appreciate ur kind words a lot. pets (totally unbiased but guinea pigs specifically) give so much love back and the bonds made make it that much harder when their time comes but it's ALWAYS worth it. we buried him next to one of our others who passed a year ago as they were originally paired together when he was a baby so the idea they're reunited brings me some peace. again thank u for what u said because it really has brought a smile to my face <3

guys guys guys GUYS i don't think anybody really cares but blizzard have just acknowledged ramattra's existence and given us LORE ABOUT HIM HELLO??? he's the only reason i still even bother with the game. such an amazing character with so much potential yet blizzard are too busy making kiriko and mercy skins to remember he exists (not today!!)... can't wait for tomorrow where he goes back to being forgotten <\3
          
          lil side note but if y'all ever get an ana player called ramattrasimp in ur lobby then yikes u found me :3 no i did not spend money to have that name and NO i did not do it so i would get ram headpats whenever someone plays as him imagine ever making that assumption haha whaaaaaat
