This might help some people but like, you know how watching/reading scary stuff makes you scared the same would happen to you? Like, as a kid, Slappy the Dummy scared me, so much. Wanna know how you can avoid that fear? Just, the circumstances don't match. Like, Slappy only came alive after some bullcrap magic words, right? I didn't know those words, let alone own a dummy?? And like, that was the end of that fear??
