so much for exploring this place.   [ her green hand reaches out for lucy’s and grips it tightly when they connect.   she glances over to the door,   half-expecting to see them burst through it any second.   they don’t (at least not yet),   but the sounds of dogs barking soon joins them.   it was after their dogs joined them that they finally burst through the doors and rushed in,    beelining for the two once they noticed their presence.   this was much worse than she'd originally thought. ]   pull me up,  PULL ME UP!!

@sparkingbolts        i’ll try .        [finally settling at the top of the bookshelf ,, it wobbles slightly as she tries to keep balance. she lifts her wrapped up hand ,, forming it into a fist ,, hoping that this won’t hurt as bad as she thinks.     the loud bang on the door startles her ,, almost falling from the bookshelf but she steadies herself. she then,, with all her force,, punches the glass from the window ,, it shattering into pieces. lucy hisses slightly as she felt some of the shards pierce through her jacket and impale her covered hand.       she quickly ,, with her unwrapped hand ,, reaches for frankie to pull up]         cmon !      they’re gonna break through that door any second ! 

okay!   just be careful.   i have no idea if this bookshelf is freestanding or attached to the wall.   [ the sound of alarms is joined by the banging of a door—the door from which they entered.   it was clear now that whoever set those alarms were now here to catch the intruders.   there was no time to waste now.   any minute now they’ll find the right key to open the door and catch them. ]   okay,   we might want to speed this up before we are killed by monster hunters.

as background vocals,   sure.   i’m not sure if my voice is good enough to be heard in an actual duet.   as for  confessing,   hm..   get a good night of sleep and eat something.   don’t have any caffeine beforehand—it’ll just make you feel more anxious once you get to the confessing part.

@sparkingbolts          [lucy laughs at her joke and nods approvingly]     i just might have to do that — only if you sing with me !        it would be a fun concept .          [lucy looks through her phone ,, clicking through to see the vamps contact,, her thumb hovering over the contact picture]            well i definitely don’t want to come off as /weak/     … i am lucy freakin’ fergusin for cryin out loud !           [she then turns off her phone ,, not before swiping out of drac’s contact of course]           i guess telling her in person is the way to go .          definitely have to mentally prepare for that though . 

i guess that means you gotta release another song:   she /didn’t/ know.   a sequel to the original..   shortly followed by “now she knows.”   [ she says jokingly,   fixing her posture while she listens to the crickets of the night chirp. ]    texting comes off as weak..   no offense.   you gotta say that shit with your chest!   either way,   it’s up to you.   whatever you feel most comfortable doing.
