It’s been one year since my friend died. Guys I can’t fucking process this.

          Please, I beg you all to be aware of the dangers large bodies of water hold no matter what. Please always wear a life jacket. You wouldn't be cool not wearing them; you would possibly end up dead. 
          
          Use caution when on or near water. In a boat, waterskiing, jet-skis, kayaking,  etc. It DOES NOT matter. PLEASE be careful. More families and friends do not need to grieve over lost ones because they weren’t careful.

R.I.P Jacob Stover. Jacob was a 16-year-old who went kayaking on the  Ohio River in Louisville, Kentucky on January 10, 2021. His body was found on March 8, 2021, 100 miles away at the Newburgh Dam in Indiana.
          
          I did not know Jacob at all, but I had friends who knew him. I grieve with everyone else as if he was a friend. Death should not come at such a young age, but sometimes things happen that can’t be stopped. My prayers go out to Jacobs family and friends. RIP.
