Okay here's the tea on me. My name is really Apple. It's a name that my late grandma gave to me due to a family tradition and the to the shape of my head :) I am in my forty's so Gwyneth Paltrow's daughter was not the first...LOL. 
Anyway, I am a survivor of childhood abuse and I survived domestic violence a few times. Why am I sharing this with you? Well, because I have been journaling, keeping all of my dairies since I was 8 years old and could write and record the trauma happening in and around my life. Sharing these stories has helped me to heal and according to others, has helped them too. I hope that sharing will free others on here too.
