I've been an avid reader my whole life and attempted to write a story several times but never was able to get beyond 40 pages.  I got my love from reading and writing from my mother, who passed away at the end of 2019.  She always intended to write a romance novel when she retired and never got the chance.  I decided to give Nanowrimo a try for 2020 because I knew she would be amazed and proud if I could finish.  I wrote this first novel for her.  I finished my first draft in November.  I'm slowly editing it and posting the chapters here as I finish them.
