@JulieRobertsTowe I write poems or novels, but am never satisfied with writing a short story. They always evolve into novels. I like reading short stories, though. I might master one someday. 
            
            As for trying... that's all there is really. Most of my years of writing poetry was really about trying to understand the world, and people, and connections. I like to work with heavy subjects that scare me a little for this reason. I need to figure it out and writing about it does that for me.
            
            So, it's good to see how you incorporate what you do into your poems, even if you don't see them as perfect. They don't have to be perfect to be thought provoking or emotionally powerful.

@JulieRobertsTowe thank you. I try. your poems are obviously better. I am more of a narrative writer. I write short stories and stuff but on this tablet it is hard to write those. so I am doing poetry. do look forward to short stories. I love pulp stories and stuff like that and i write that
