hi y'all! i've been having some writer's block for the past year (since quarantine started back in march) but lately i've been writing more, so expect some new chapters by the end of the month. i'll try to update a bit before that, but i'm pretty much swamped with school work  and my mental health hasn't been the greatest (especially with the recent events going on) but i'll try my best to keep some updates by the end of this month.

Hi all, if anyone would like to check out my poetry book it would be greatly appreciated! I've had writers block and zero motivation and not being in the best headspace on top of that, so its been hard to write these last few months, but i've been getting through it. imma just say that if you disagree with all cops are bad, unfollow me. 
          
          if there are ten bad cops and a thousand good cops how many bad cops are there? 
          ten thousand, because if they don't do anything or stay silent and let those ten cops get away with what they're just as bad as those cops.

psa: alec lightwood is gay. he’s not bisexual nor is he straight. he’s canonically gay. and to those who write him with a female oc in a romantic relationship, you’re erasing his sexual orientation. 
          i’ve continually seen stories of authors changing alec to being bi, which isn’t a problem at all, but there’s no substance or any hints of him liking guys in any of the stories and it just has him liking his targeted romantic female partner. i’m not staying that changing a canonically gay character to bisexual or any other sexual orientation within the lgbtq+ community isn’t bad, as people change canonically straight characters into relationships with people of the same gender/gender orientation; but there’s a representation of a character that is being lost as lgbtq+ characters aren’t really seen on television as much as straight characters are. (this being said that times are changing and there are more instances of representation on television but still). 
          please stop and acknowledge that alec is gay and personally i think he should be written as so. 
          
          also: my not attacking any one of trying to make anyone upset so please don’t attack me. and i understand that i can’t really change your mind but i can at least just give my two cents.
