So I read this article thing with a list of characters that will be better support hero than Uraraka, one of the characters was APPA
          
          APPA FROM ATLA 
          
          Whoever made that list probably doesn't like Uraraka  for some reason to put Appa in there and it kinda made me laugh

@thisdemonlikesanime You can definitely use it. If you not sure if a place will accept it then you can just ask them. Banks will even exchange them for regular bills if you want, but its also a good collectable item.
