          	im getting better and am starting to find some interior peace (im considering converting to judaism). therapy seems to be working. jotting down my thoughts as well.

@sofiaxgalimberti First of all, you are in no way worthless. I will not allow you to say that about yourself for the simple reason that it isn't true. 
            Everyone is different in their academic performance. If you're lacking in your extremely difficult school, you'd be a great student in a local, smaller scale, unknown school. You can't compare yourself to the more elite students especially if they have had a privileged education their whole life which is not your case as you've said. If you want to succeed, you need to get to the core of your problem: Do you not understand what you're learning? Is your learning method bad? Do you need support? All of the above? Answering these questions will steer you towards a more specific goal than just being "better". Maybe you need help from a tutor, or a friend. I think you should also give yourself a break and tell yourself that you've already done shit, and you're only human so you can't push yourself until exhaustion. Surround yourself with people you feel at ease with. If you need more support, get it from forums or even here, we'll listen to you.
            Lastly, you need to let it all out. So cry as much as you need, but it's better to do so away from bed. Because if you go to sleep crying, you're filling yourself with negative thoughts (which believe me also come easier at night). Cry and then pamper yourself. Read a good book, light a candle, eat some comfort food.
            
            Take care of yourself because you are valuable. And if you don't see it, we do. Okay? Now stay strong. We believe in you.

@emerence_spc school has been exhausting me and i just can't survive. i lack so much preparation due to my previous background and i feel so dumb for actually applying to the hardest school in italy. i haven't been happy once since school started and i cry myself to sleep so often. i feel like a failure. worthless.
