Well, today I made the decision to unpublish all previously written chapters of Beckoning. While it's still very much alive in my head, my updates here have been pretty much non-existent. I've been slowly re-writing some of the chapters that were posted, but until I have a few extra *new* chapters to add, the rest will be on standby. 
          
          If any of my writer friends out there have any resources on time management, general guides, or any hints or tricks that have helped them during their own writing projects, please let me know. There are so many story ideas in my head and in various notebooks, that I've had issues with plotting everything out. I've always been a pantser which is a hard habit to break.
          
          As always, thank you for sticking with this consistently inconsistent writer. I hope that everyone is well and staying safe.

No, you're not imagining it. This is actually an update. Can you believe it? I know I can't. 
          
          I've barely had time to read other books let alone work on writing more of Beckoning as of late. Over the past few days though, I'd been thinking about it more and more and decided to go back and see where I'd left off. Even though Sera's story is stuck in my head, I felt the best way to get back into the slow upward swing was to go back and read through the chapters already posted. 
          
          Unfortunately, I can't promise a constant stream of updates as I'm getting ready to hit my busy season for work, BUT I am going back through the chapters and trying to clean them up some and add some sparkling new details. So, if you happen to notice an update to an existing chapter, it's quite possible that I've added a good portion of new content to those chapters. If I am able to add any new chapters (Ch. 11+), they will probably be pretty rough and not as polished as I typically prefer them to be. 
          
          I know it sounds like a broken record, but I want to thank all of you who continue to add Beckoning to your reading lists. I appreciate all of your comments and support.

Well, three months has definitely flown by!
          
          My day job/business has kept me extremely busy and has done a solid job at keeping most of my free time occupied. Translation: I haven't gotten any writing done. 
          
          At all. 
          
          I did, however, manage to get a couple paragraphs written today as the machine I create my work projects on chugged away in the background. 
          
          ...Yay?

          And a HUGE thanks for getting it to 9k in my absence! I promise that Sera's story will continue and you'll all find out more about Izzy, Vaughn, and the world she finds herself in.
          
          Provided that I can get a little more written today, I'll post a sneak peek of the next chapter to give those of you a little something in the meantime.

Happy New Year! I know I'm a little late in saying that, but work has kept me pretty busy lately and I haven't been able to be on here as much as I'd like. I've gotten way behind in my own writing and staying caught up with everyone's stories.
          
          So, how has everyone been?? Let me know what you're working on and if you've posted anything new in the last couple of months! I'd love to hear from you. :)
          
          For those of you who have been extremely patient on waiting for the next chapter of Beckoning (thank you!), I'll hopefully be able to get back to writing Sera's next chapter sometime this month.
