just found your ao3 and binged through all your works! I love, love, love your writing style <3 also your little authors notes are so cute, and got me wondering what you are studying in college? i'm also in college and I'm always so curious what other people are up to when it comes to majors/minors. I would have loved to ask on your curiouscat, but that whole platform died so I had to log into Wattpad for the first time in like half a decade to ask lol. idk if you're still active on here, hell knows I'm not, but thought I'd give it a go anyways and tell you I think you're awesome and I hope you're doing well!

“What are you doing out in the field all by yourself?” the boy asked, hands on his hips. His shoulders looked a bit red, Dazai noticed, and he had a few little cuts on his legs. He did not seem to notice Dazai’s large black wings or how he held a scythe twice their height in his other hand. 
          
          “I don’t know,” Dazai answered quietly, glancing around at the grassy expanse. He did know, but he couldn’t just tell the mortal boy that he had been cast from the Heavens to collect human souls. 
          
          “You don’t know?” The boy laughed, and suddenly Dazai forgot all about the ticklish feeling of grass in his wings or the confusion turning his body cold. He had heard the Angels of Music play a thousand tunes a thousand times, but their instruments weren’t half as beautiful as the sound of the boy’s laughter. 
          
          “Well, okay,” the boy said, pushing a few stray curls out of his face. ”I’m Chuuya.”

sorry for disappearing on yall, i've been working on a 20k word oneshot i'm hoping to publish this week! featuring soulmatism, stupid idiot dumbness, and dazai as our resident angel of death <3

When Dazai fell in love with Chuuya the first time, he saw it coming. 
          
          Perhaps there was something in the air that day, perhaps it was just Paris, but Dazai saw Chuuya at that show and he knew. Something was different, and important, and he needed to pay close attention or he would miss it. 
          
          Unsurprisingly, he was right. Chuuya became an acute, awful affliction in Dazai’s days and with him came warmth, and light, and life, and with help from gentle time, every look sent his way, every brush of fingertips, every stolen kiss became its own kind of treasure for Dazai to hold close to his beating, bleeding heart. 
          
          The day arrived like any other, and he caught the low-lidded eyes of the red beast just before it sank its teeth into his chest. It stung at first, but Dazai had known it was slinking toward him for too long now to be frightened. The beast’s fangs were bloody, and its claws were sharp, and surely it didn’t have them if it didn’t need them, so all Dazai could do was hope that the beast was merciful, and he and Chuuya could find each other in the aftermath. 
          
          But when Dazai fell in love with Chuuya the second time, he fell hard.

my next mini-series will be the fashion au! i'm hoping to get chapter one out by the end of the weekend but i won't make promises. expect ~5-7 chapters in total, ~5k words each, and lots more shenanigans in paris <3

with lost in translation coming to a close soon, i've been tossing around ideas for my next mini-series. my two favorites right now are coffee shop owner dazai/tattoo artist chuuya (strangers to lovers) and fashion designer dazai/model chuuya (exes to lovers)
          
          any thoughts? preferences, stuff you might wanna see for either au, other ideas, etc. i'm open to it all <3

just want to let you all know that i'll be updating a little less frequently now that the semester is starting up tomorrow. this isn't a hiatus, i'm just drowning in my to-dos right now and may be a little slower until i get my feet back under me <3
