I'm not going to act like Project: V doesn't exist anymore, but I've found a new interest in Halo recently. My new story, Alone, follows a Spartan-II during the post-covenant war era of Halo. The main reason of the long hiatus was life in general. For a good part of winter, I was constantly busy, unable, or unwilling to write because I'd rather spend my free time doing other things. Now that my schedule's freed up now, you should expect to see new Project: V chapters, as well as new Alone chapters. I consider what happened with my first story as unfinished business, since there was so much I wanted to include but couldn't due to the problem of length. I hadn't carefully planned out what I was going to do and got lazy several times, trying to procrastinate self-applied deadlines. Now, I've got the writing energy now to write chapters for both Project: V and Alone every week. I look forward to a return to writing stories for both of my stories now. Be on the lookout for new chapters, and happy reading!

@arcticjames Seems I'm late to the party, but I understand your decision. Even mine rather poorly written fic has been put on hiatus once I found more interest in other things so I understand how you feel in terms of putting Project V on hold. As for the Halo thing you're working on, I suggest taking as much time as you need and planning certain things out. I was considering writing something regarding Madness Combat, Cyberpunk, Titanfall and even MGR at some point after going in depth into their respective worlds and characters. Although I havent really decided what to work on or should I finish my old fic anyway. ((Cyberpunk Edgerunners isnt helping me pick either since I often think about writing a separate thing similar to it)) Although I would love to see more of your work since its genuinely a good read

@Jan_Devilia I apologize for not posting in some time. I've been dealing with changing schedules and maintaining good grades. The next chapter will release sometime before Halloween. Thank you very much for loving this story.
