Try not to be too hard on yourself is the first thing, don't get mad at yourself because you can't talk to others as easy as someone else you know. Go slowly, make a comment or two, move you hair out of your face, but don't try to push too hard if you feel like you can't do something don't do it, try something else. Be patient you're not going to go from hiding yourself from the world to being the life of a party in a week or even a month. So don't get discouraged if you see someone doing something you wouldn't feel comfortable doing. Be happy with every scrap of progress you make, you said a little bit more then last time? Great that's wonderful, be proud that you did.
hey guys i just want to say that i am going to be able to write a bit more cuz its the summer holidays and few I finished my exams and going into secondary next year so yay summer holidays = more time to write and read and play with me cat!!!!!!!!!!
